I’m Nancy, dedicated to guiding teens as they navigate the many complexities of self-identity (Who am I?) and purpose (Why am I here?). With 30 years in the education field, I coach teens to listen, question, explore and transform in small group and safe space. No talk-down, no pressure, no judgement and no comparing because every teen is uniquely valuable.
My approach involves the innovative Character Leadership Coaching Program which embodies the 5 Intelligences that develops a holistic teen. Growing deep in the 5 Intelligences will equip teens with good character to lead their life confidently. I believe deeply in the right and potential of every teen to be happy and successful.
